Elina Chernyak, DO, received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. She went on to complete her Residency at Meadville Medical Center in Pennsylvania and received her certification from the American Board of Family Medicine in 2012. She completed her Fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio in 2013. Additionally she received another certification from the American Board of Addiction Medicine in 2014. Elina Chernyak most recently practiced as the Medical Director of Utah County Department of Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Treatment. She is committed to addressing addiction and sequela of ailments associated with substance abuse.
